Viscero is a new enterprise, founded by Rory Geoghegan, that seeks to make a tangible contribution to the transformation of our public services and the strengthening of our society. We aspire to combine the best of the public, private and third sectors: we want to combine real concern for the most vulnerable in our society with the understanding that good intentions do not necessarily equate to good outcomes, that shying away from the tough decisions and not listening to critical friends only makes the situation worse, and that if we are to be successful in our journey we shall need to embrace the innovation imperative and be prepared to take measured risks.

• Viscero is currently developing a number of internal projects leading to the development of products and services for use within and beyond the public sector. The projects cover specific applications (e.g. victims of crime and witnesses) and  strategic products that form an infrastructure to enable and facilitate improvements and innovations, by helping to socialise knowledge and mitigate the value destruction that results from short institutional memories.

• Viscero also offers a range of services that cover the core skills we put to work on our internal projects. We believe that by offering these services we help build capability beyond Viscero and our immediate associates. It also exposes us to new and different challenges and provides you with a fresh perspective and new insights.
