Junior Web Developer (Python / Django)

We are looking for a talented and energetic web developer with experience of using Python and/or Django to build web applications. Experience of working in a business environment is desirable, but not essential and Viscero encourage applications from those with little or no professional experience. What we do require is a serious commitment to making the most of the opportunities and experience that we can provide. A passion for improving our public services also helps!

Additional desirable skills/experience: HTML/CSS, AJAX (Jquery / Dajax / Dajaxice), Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator.

Junior Graphic Designer / Scribe / Cartoonist

We are looking for a talented and energetic graphic designer with experience of (or a strong desire to start!) translating ideas, concepts and narratives into a compelling visual story, in the form of both print and electronic storyboards. You might think of yourself as a designer, a scribe or a cartoonist. The key point is that you have the creativity that enables a paragraph of text or a few minutes of conversation to be translated into a visual representation. Experience of working in a business environment is desirable, but not essential and we welcome applications from those with little or no professional experience. What we do require is a serious commitment to making the most of the opportunities and experience that we can provide. A passion for improving our public services also helps!
